Complete rig service

You bring the pedals. We sort the rest.

Send us your pedal list and tell us how you actually use your rig. We design the layout, choose the right platform, solve the power and routing, and then you choose how far you want us to take the build.

Art Of Noise Tolex Tone Syndicate pedalboard

From cable incident to functioning rig

We take care of the decisions that make a rig work properly.

A tidy board looks good in a photo. We build for everything after the photo: a rig that sets up quickly, stays easy to service and behaves the same on stage, in rehearsal and in the studio.

  1. Pedal placement

A practical layout built around switching access, signal flow, cable clearance and the way you perform.

  2. Power

PSU selection and placement with voltage, current draw, isolation and future expansion considered from the beginning.

  3. The right cable set

We calculate the patch and power cabling required for the planned layout. Choose a supplied cable set for self-installation, or send us the pedals for complete workshop wiring.

  4. Connections & routing

Mono, stereo, FX loop, 4-cable-method and other connection requirements planned into the board instead of added as an afterthought.

  5. Labels & cable management

Clear identification, disciplined cable paths and a layout that remains understandable when something needs to change.

  6. Workshop verification

For cable-kit builds we verify the board, I/O and supplied cabling against the plan. For full workshop setups we test the assembled rig with the actual pedals and power supply before dispatch.

A surprisingly sensible plan

One plan. Two ways to finish the rig.

You do not need to arrive with a finished technical specification. Tell us what gear you use, how you connect it and what you want the rig to do. We create the build plan first, then you choose between a supplied cable set for self-installation or a complete workshop setup with your pedals physically in our hands.

  1. 01

    Send us your rig

Pedal list, photos, dimensions, signal-chain notes and anything unusual about your setup.

  2. 02

    We design the system

Board format, footprint, power, routing, I/O, case and wiring go into one plan.

  3. 03A

    Cable Kit

We build the board and supply the patch and power cables required by the agreed layout. You install your pedals at home following the plan.

  4. 03B

    Full Workshop Setup

You send us the pedals and PSU. We assemble the complete rig, wire it, manage the cables, label the connections and test the finished system before dispatch.

Art Of Noise CaseMate pedalboard

Built around the way you play

There is no best pedal order, and no board that suits every rig.

A touring rig with a switcher, expression pedals and 4CM needs a different solution from a compact fly rig or a home-and-studio board. We design around the actual job.

  • Your actual pedals and dimensions
  • Your preferred signal chain
  • Amp loop, 4CM or stereo requirements
  • Power supply and current requirements
  • Setup speed and transport needs
  • Room for realistic future changes

Who this is for

For players who want the whole rig sorted.

Touring & live players
Fast setup, repeatable connections, robust transport and less troubleshooting before a show.
Complex signal chains
Switchers, stereo rigs, MIDI, 4CM, multiple power requirements or a board that has grown beyond DIY cable management.
Players starting again properly
A new rig, a major pedal change or the point where the existing board has become harder to maintain than it should be.

Pricing

Priced for your rig.

The final price depends on the pedalboard series and size, power supply, number of custom cables, connection requirements, labels, case and any special routing. Once we have your pedal list and requirements, we can quote the complete build clearly before work starts.

Already own the pedals or PSU? No problem. We can build around equipment you already have rather than forcing unnecessary replacements.

A few practical questions

Before you send the list

Do I need to know exactly which pedalboard I want?

No. Send us the rig first. We can recommend the format and footprint based on your equipment and how it needs to travel.

Do you need my pedals to do the final wiring?

Yes. Exact cable lengths, connector access and final cable management depend on the real pedals and PSU being physically present. If you prefer not to ship them to us, we can instead supply the board with the required patch and power cable set for you to complete the installation yourself.

Can the rig include FX loop or 4-cable-method routing?

Yes. Tell us how you connect to the amplifier and we will plan the I/O and cable paths accordingly.

How long does a complete build take?

Lead time depends on the current workshop schedule and the complexity of the build. Check the current lead time before ordering.

Your pedals have waited long enough

Send us the pedal list. We’ll do the worrying.
