Yes. Alongside five standard sizes, we can quote a custom footprint when the rig genuinely needs one. We first review feasibility, construction, access and transport requirements so the result remains practical and durable.

Yes. The Tolex ranges are available in up to 40 colour and texture choices, subject to current material availability. The Woody range offers its own hardwood options. Your final selection and any availability notes are confirmed with the order.

Absolutely—tell us what may be added and where you would prefer it. We can reserve practical space and cable routes, although future-proofing can affect the recommended board size.

Please send:

• the exact pedal and power-supply models;
• a clear photo of the current setup, if one exists;
• your preferred signal chain and pedal positions;
• any external input/output, MIDI or expression connections;
• how you transport and use the rig.

The more complete the brief, the fewer compromises appear later.

For customers within the EU, we can discuss a complete build using customer-supplied pedals. For customers outside the EU, shipping the pedals to Greece can create customs, import/export and insurance complications; contact us first. We can still design and supply the board and wiring specification without importing your pedals.

For a bespoke build, the important dimensions, placement and quoted specification are agreed before production begins. If anything in the brief changes, tell us before approval—changes after production starts may affect price and lead time.

On suitable angled models, usually yes. Clearance depends on the exact power supply, connectors and ventilation needs. Flat designs such as Case Mate are planned differently, with the power supply typically sharing the usable case area. We confirm compatibility before the build.

Depending on the model and specification, we can provide professional audio and power integration, including panel I/O and made-to-measure wiring. Components such as Mogami cable and quality jacks are used where specified. The quotation records exactly what is included.

Current pedalboard specifications normally include a loop-covered deck and matching hook material for the pedals. Because bespoke builds and individual models can vary, check the product description or order confirmation for the exact included quantity and surface.

Usually, yes. Include every non-audio connection in the brief, including MIDI format, expression polarity, amp switching and any side or rear access you need. We will confirm what is practical before quoting the final specification.

In-stock products are normally prepared for dispatch within three business days. Made-to-order and custom work follows the lead time shown on the product page or confirmed with your quotation. Complex wiring, unusual materials and hard cases may require additional time.

International orders are shipped with DHL Express. For Greece, checkout is set to Local Pickup only; where arranged, shipment can be sent with BOX NOW and the shipping cost is paid by the customer upon pickup. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees once a parcel is with the carrier.

Yes, we ship to most international destinations. For deliveries outside the EU, local import VAT, customs duties, handling charges and restrictions may apply and are normally the recipient’s responsibility.

Keep the product and all packaging, photograph the outer box, label and damage, and contact us promptly. This evidence helps us open a carrier claim and determine the correct next step.

Eligible standard products may be returned under the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Bespoke or clearly personalised products are generally excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, while your legal rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
