Products & Custom Work
Art Of Noise produces handmade pedalboards, cases and related products and also sells selected parts and accessories. Product photographs, dimensions and descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Handmade products may show minor variations in grain, texture, colour, finish or construction details that do not affect their intended function.
For custom or made-to-order work, specifications agreed with the customer form part of the order. Customers are responsible for checking measurements, pedal layouts, power-supply dimensions, connector requirements and other information they provide before production begins.
Prices, VAT & Import Charges
Prices are shown according to the customer's destination and the applicable tax treatment. For destinations outside the European Union, prices may be shown without EU VAT. Import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees and other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier are the customer's responsibility and are not included unless explicitly stated.
For EU orders, VAT is applied as required by applicable law. The final amount payable is shown during checkout before the order is submitted.
Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is successfully received or authorised and the order is confirmed for processing. We may contact you if information is incomplete, a product is unavailable, a pricing or technical error is identified, or a custom specification requires clarification.
If we cannot accept an order after payment, the relevant amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by destination or technical availability. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our website.
Production & Lead Times
Many Art Of Noise products are handmade or built to order. Any stated production or lead time is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Lead times begin once payment and all information required to manufacture the order have been received. Custom approvals, missing measurements or customer-requested changes may extend the schedule.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated estimates, but delays caused by material availability, carrier disruption, force majeure or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
Shipping & Delivery
International orders are shipped using DHL Express where that shipping service is offered at checkout. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed by Art Of Noise.
For Greece, orders are shipped with BOX NOW. The shipping cost is shown at checkout and paid with the order.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failed delivery attempts, storage, return-to-sender charges or unpaid import charges may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Customs & Non-EU Orders
Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs clearance, import taxes, duties and local fees. These charges are determined by local authorities or carriers and are outside our control. A delay in customs does not by itself constitute a failure by Art Of Noise to dispatch the order.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return / Refund Policy and by mandatory consumer law applicable to the order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Made-to-order, personalised or clearly customised goods may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the applicable law permits such an exclusion. This does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.
Warranty
Warranty coverage is described in our Warranty Policy. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation, unsuitable power, accidents or normal wear is not treated as a manufacturing defect unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Product Compatibility & Installation
Customers must ensure that pedals, power supplies, electrical equipment, connectors and accessories are suitable for their intended use. Where Art Of Noise recommends a size or configuration based on information supplied by the customer, that recommendation depends on the accuracy and completeness of that information.
Electrical or electronic work should be performed by a suitably qualified person where appropriate. Art Of Noise is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, wiring, voltage, polarity or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

Website Content & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's text, photographs, graphics, branding, product designs and other original content are owned by or licensed to Art Of Noise. They may not be reproduced, republished, sold or commercially redistributed without permission, except where permitted by law.
Website Availability & Errors
We aim to keep the website, stock information and pricing accurate and available, but temporary errors or interruptions may occur. We may correct obvious typographical, pricing or technical errors. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and provide the appropriate options or refund.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, Art Of Noise is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Privacy & Cookies
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics and other purposes described in the applicable privacy or cookie information.
Governing Law & Consumer Rights
These Terms and contracts with Art Of Noise are governed by Greek law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available to them under the law that applies to their place of residence where such protections cannot be waived by agreement.
Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts as determined by applicable law. Consumers may also have access to statutory alternative dispute-resolution mechanisms where available.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our products, services, payment methods, shipping arrangements or legal obligations change. The version applicable to an order is the version in force when that order is placed, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Contact
Questions about an order or these Terms can be sent to info@artofnoise.gr or by telephone at +30 697 379 7970.
For customers outside the EU, additional mandatory local rules may apply. Nothing in these Terms overrides rights that cannot legally be waived.
