Occasionally, and for reasons no one has adequately explained, a limited number of tickets appear on Art Of Noise.
There is no published schedule. There is no countdown. If one is live when you arrive, you can claim it. If someone gets there first, that is unfortunate.
THE UNNECESSARILY SIMPLE VERSION.
01 — SEE IT
A ticket becomes live without warning. The status on the homepage changes. No fake countdowns. No scheduled appointment with destiny.
02 — CLAIM IT
If it is live, claim it and enter the email address you will use at checkout. The first successful claim gets that ticket.
03 — USE IT
Your ticket gives you 25% off the products in your entire cart in one order. There is no minimum order value. Enter the ticket code in the Coupon code field in your Cart before continuing to checkout. Then complete checkout using the same email address you used to claim it. The ticket expires 7 days after claim.
How this actually works.
This is a promotional coupon release, not a prize draw. No winner is selected at random: the release time is unpredictable, but a live ticket goes to the first successful eligible claim.
01 — THE TICKETS
A limited number of tickets are released during the month. We currently start with three, but the quantity may change in future months.
Tickets appear at unpredictable times. A displayed remaining count represents the actual number of tickets still available for that campaign. When they are gone, they are gone.
02 — CLAIMING ONE
When a ticket is live, the first successful claim secures it. You will be asked for a valid email address. The ticket is tied to that email. Enter the ticket code in the Coupon code field in your Cart, then continue to checkout using the same email address.
A claimed ticket is personal to that email address. It cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash or converted into store credit.
03 — THE 25% DISCOUNT
A valid claimed ticket gives a one-time 25% discount on the products in the entire cart. There is no minimum order value. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the discount does not apply to shipping charges, VAT or other taxes, customs duties, import charges, or fees collected by third parties.
04 — SEVEN DAYS. ACTUAL DAYS.
The ticket expires seven days after the successful claim. The confirmation shows the exact expiry date. After that point, the ticket stops working. We considered making time negotiable. Legal advised against it.
05 — ONE EMAIL. ONE USE.
The checkout email must match the email used to claim the ticket. Each ticket can be redeemed once. Attempts to duplicate, copy, share or otherwise reproduce a claimed ticket may be rejected.
06 — OTHER PROMOTIONS
Tickets cannot be combined with another coupon or promotional code unless the checkout explicitly allows it. If a combination is available, the checkout result is the authoritative calculation.
07 — FAIR USE & TECHNICAL ERRORS
Automated claims, bots, manipulated requests, duplicate submissions and attempts to bypass the claim mechanism may be cancelled.
If a clear technical error creates or displays a ticket incorrectly, Art Of Noise may cancel the affected ticket. A legitimately claimed ticket otherwise keeps the reward and expiry shown at the time of claim.
08 — CHANGES TO FUTURE DROPS
Art Of Noise may change the number of future tickets, the reward, timing, eligible products or campaign format. Changes to future drops do not reduce the terms of a valid ticket that has already been legitimately claimed.
09 — EMAIL & PRIVACY
The email address is used to bind the ticket to the claimant and to verify the checkout email if the ticket is redeemed. Our normal Privacy Policy and order-processing terms continue to apply.
10 — QUESTIONS, OBJECTIONS & OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE DRAMA
If something genuinely looks wrong, contact Art Of Noise before attempting increasingly creative solutions. We would rather fix a real problem than admire a screenshot of it later.
